Stonewall Jackson Chapter
of the Association of the United States Army

The Stonewall Jackson Chapter of the Association of the United States Army, a non-profit 501(c)3, provides the Voice for the Army - Support for the Soldier west of the Blue Ridge Mountains. While the National Headquarters works with the Legislative and Executive Branches of Government, the  Chapter provides local support for Active Duty, Army Reserve, Army National Guard, Senior ROTC (8 colleges) and Junior ROTC (20 high schools). The Chapter is also committed to retirees, DA civilians, friends of the U.S. Army, and the veterans--especially to the residents of the Virginia Veterans Care Center and the VA Medical Center, Salem.  Please take a look at our website for how you can be involved!

The Chapter works with the Virginia Veterans Care Center, Salem, throughout the year,  but especially for the annual Spring and Fall Carnivals, Memorial Day, Army Day, Fourth of July, Veterans Day and Christmas to provide something special for the 240 residents!
The Chapter works with 20 JROTC and 8 ROTC units to recognize cadets through special awards at their annual graduation.

The Chapter works with Army National Guard and Reserve units, supporting family-related events and briefing on the current status of the US Army.

The Chapter plans special events during the major holidays to recognize and honor all who served and are serving in the United States Army.
